A two-day workshop to review and strengthen the modalities for Permanent Voter Card (PVC) collection and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency, accessibility, and service delivery.
The workshop will provide a platform for discussing operational challenges, identifying best practices, and proposing improvements to enhance the efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of PVC collection processes. Participants will collaboratively review and refine SOPs to ensure consistency, accountability, and effective service delivery in support of credible electoral processes
