The training will equip observers with the knowledge and practical skills required to monitor the participation of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs)\, assess the accessibility of polling units\, document compliance with disability-inclusive electoral standards\, and report electoral incidents using the TAF Disability Election Hub platform. \nThe training will combine technical sessions\, practical exercises\, and scenario-based learning to prepare observers for effective deployment on election day. Participants will be guided on observation methodology\, data collection tools\, ethical standards\, incident reporting\, and the use of digital reporting platforms (mainly TAF Africa’s Election Hub app) to ensure timely and credible election observation. By building the capacity of observers to identify and document barriers affecting PWDs\, the training will contribute to evidence-based advocacy\, strengthen electoral accountability\, and support more inclusive\, accessible\, and credible electoral processes in Osun State.
